LAGNEGG

In Lagnegga (the island Gulliver visited after Laputa) he was a guest of the king, who was very pleased with his stories about life in England. Gulliver lived there for three months, then traveled to Japan and then returned home safely. He also visited the island of Glubbdubdrib, located near Lagnegg, to meet with the wizards.

Arrival and reception: Gulliver arrived in Lagnegg to await his ship to Japan and return home. The king of the country listened with interest to his stories about other countries and invited him to stay at the palace.

Life in the Palace: Gulliver stayed in the palace for three months and learned that people who gain immortality live on this island, but at the same time become weaker and more foolish with age.

Departure: Given the opportunity to sail away, Gulliver left Luggnagg, reached Japan, and returned safely to England.
